Whereas a traditional real estate agent will work with you through closing of your property, as a Real Estate Planner, I will work with you to form a Real Estate Plan that informs your real estate decisions for your lifetime and even beyond.

Myself and my team have built a reputation for our expertise and a compassionate approach to working with seniors. We understand the unique needs and concerns of seniors and work closely with them to ensure they feel secure and confident in their real estate decisions. We believe that to fully serve our clients we have to start with learning about what their goals are. We take the time to listen and then bring our services and skill to help you achieve them.

Our knowledge, experience, and partnerships regarding 1031 exchanges, Delaware State Trusts, IRS primary home exemption, Capitalization rates on investment properties, Probate and Trusts, and more allow us to aid our clients in ways to minimize, defer and eliminate capital gain taxes.
